Issue When First Setup For APC Smart-UPS Ultra (SRTL5KRM2UT)

Hi, I have a new APC Smart-UPS Ultra. The first time I turned it on and set it up, it showed an issue like the image below. After I pressed Ok, the alarm still rang and the issue was still there.

I can only switch between that screen and the first configuration screen.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Hello,

The warning represents All battery modules are disconnected, verify the battery voltages measurement are acceptable ,check the thumbscrews of all installed battery modules and power cycle the unit, as we usually disconnect the batteries while the unit inside the package to avoid battery voltage depletion during transportation and it needs to be connected before starting up the unit
