Is an AP9617 compatible with a Smart-UPS SMT1500

Hi everyone,

I am having trouble getting this AP9617 card to see the UPS, I have flashed it successfully with fw 3.7.2 but there's no UPS tab available.

I am wondering if it's a compatibility issue and what nmc card is recommended for this unit

Hi,

The AP9617 card is not compatible with the SMT1500. This card is now obsolete and is compatible with older Smart-UPS units.

The AP9630 and AP9631 are the current cards that are recommended and supported by that UPS.
