Hi all,
I am just wondering if Powerchute BE can communicate with BMI card(AP9622) installed in the silcon 480kw.
I just wanted to know how to monitor issues from silcon 480kw by using BMI card(AP9622).
There is only one BMI card installed in the Triple chassis(AP9604S) and it communicates with Building Management Systems.
However, BMS somtimes shows wired issues which is not understandable. For example, it represents a huge amount of different issues generated at the same time. so, I just came down to silcon to check if these issues are correct, but any closed issues were not shown.
I think this issues might come from silcon ups or triple chassis. Therefore, I decided to monitor silcon ups in different way jus like mentioned above.
Is there any other way to monitor silcon ups's logs???
Thank you for reading this.

powerchute business edition cannot read data from the AP9622 unfortunately. you can only use a BMS to read data from the card.
PCBE can only see data from other accessories such as the AP9612TH.
