Hi,
To stop the e-mails you will need to disassociate the Agent with the Server and Console. Then through the Agent web interface you can select which events you would like to receive e-mail notification about.
To disassociate Agent if the Agent, Server, and Console are all running on the same system and there are no other Agents associated with the Server I recommend uninstalling the Server and Console. If there are other Agents being monitored by the Server then you should remove the Agent from the inventory list. To remove an Agent from the list go to Tools – Configure Device List.
Also, insufficient runtime should not be ignored. You should decrease the load on the UPS that will in turn increase the runtime. Replcase the batttery if it is old and cannot sustain the load properly, or purchase a larger capacity UPS that can handle the required load and provide sufficient runtime.

Hi,
Are you receiving the e-mails from PowerChute Business Edition (PCBE) or from the Network Management Card (NMC)? If from PCBE what version are you running and have you installed the Agent, Server, Console or just the Agent? If from the NMC what model NMC and what version of firmware is on the NMC?
