Inserting time delay for Symmetra PX
HI
we have APC Symmetra PX 64kW Scalable to 160kW, without Bypass, Distribution, or Batteries, 400V
We have a very weird problem - we have a data center backed up with this UPS, sometimes when there are several changes between these modes in a short time (less than 2 minutes) some of the small servers in the data center and some controller are shutting down - rest of the equipment doesnt fail. if we add APC small UPS (1.5 KVA) for these small servers they don't shut down in the same event
|Thus, we would like to insert a delay from “On Battery” state to “On Line” state so the UPS will stay in “On Battery” state around 2 minutes after the power is back before it goes to “On Line” (we know it solved the problem) - is it possible?
