Is Anyone  experienced with the maintenance password belong to inrow units? Please describe about the software or other things that faced

Hello Seyed. Which model unit do you have? The Gen2 inrow units have a service passcode that you will need to contact your local tech support to get. They also have a Pin number that comes with the unit on the display. The default Pin number is 1234.
