Is turning an individual outlet on and off a capability of a AP8865?
Hi, we recently setup a new APC system in our datacenter with APC PCU’s model AP8865. I have seen it listed as a feature to able to control individual outlets but have found no instructions or documentation on it. I have gone through the “data center expert” and netbotz menus but have not figured it out yet.
Any references or info would be appreciated.
Thanks

APC offers switched rack PDUs which allow individual outlet controls (see here), and metered rack PDUs (like the AP8865) which don't. Would be nice if they were all switched!

Thanks for your quick reply Voidstar. Now I know I don’t need to look into it anymore and the links were extremely helpful. Much appreciated.
