Issue description:
Dear all,
I am experiencing a recurring issue when installing external battery modules SRT192BP and SRT192BP2 on UPS models SRT6KXLI and SRT10KXLI.
For example, when installing 4 SRT192BP modules on an SRT6KXLI UPS, the LCD display menu under Battery Status shows a total of 8 modules. The detection is non-sequential: it correctly recognizes the 4 physically installed modules but also lists an additional 4 modules as “not available” or non-existent.
The same behavior has been observed in the following setups:
SRT6KXLI with SRT192BP
SRT10KXLI with SRT192BP2
I have repeated the installation process following the recommended connection procedures, and the results are always the same.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, or is there any known firmware update, special configuration, or initialization procedure to ensure the UPS correctly identifies the actual number of connected battery packs?
Any guidance or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards.

Show me the following logs for both systems: Event, Data, UPS
Provide a screen capture from the about tab for both: NMC / UPS
Lastly, provide a screen capture for both battery status tabs and what appears vs on the LCD Menu.
