I tried to upgrade my AP7920

With the latest firmware using apc_hw05_aos656_rpdu2g656_bootmon108.exe

Hi,

Your PDU is already at the latest version (3.9.2). Version 6 firmware is only supported on AP7XXXB models or AP8XXX series models which are different hardware platforms and the error you're seeing is legitimate - incompatible hardware.
