InRow Standalone Cooling System ACSC100 - Condensate pump cannot keep up
Is anyone else having trouble with the ACSC100 standalone cooling unit condensate pumps not being able to keep up with removing the condensate water?
We have been having this problem for some time now and the units will SHUT DOWN. Fortunately, we have the building system HVAC as a backup in our small data center.
Since we have had this problem, even in the winter when humidity is typically low (Michigan), and we have seen this with both units, I suspect that there may be an issue with the pump itself.
