Can I reset the network card on this unit the same as all other cards, via the reset button being held down for 20-30 seconds?
And what model number is that network card? Is it replaceable?
Thanks

are you talking about the password reset or to wipe ALL of the settings on the card?
the password reset procedure would be the same across all NMC1 products - you don't hold it down but you follow the instructions in http://www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/faq/ and searching for FA156075. there is no procedure for NMC1 to wipe it by holding down the button, only NMC2 (AP9630/31/35) or our newer PDUs with NMC2. for NMC1 in the cooling units, you need to log in and issue a reset to defaults.
for a replacement, i believe you can look into part # WAP9517CAN.
