Can I connect my devices to an APC UPS using an IEC C14 to 4 Way Gang UK Mains Sockets Lead like the attached and the below:

Of course the load of all my devices will not exceed the total load of the UPS.

Provided the 4 way adapter doesn't have any surge protection and operates as a straight cable then your should be okay.
