I have a ISX PDU ( the main distribution) to be calibrated for some error messages. Is it possible and safe to do it ON-LINE without shutdown of the load?

TheBackup - I believe we are talking about an ISX PDU brains calibration, not an rPDU configuration.
The ISX PDU brains may be calibrated with the unit online, however this should be done with the PDU brains in test mode. As the brains will have to be rebooted after the changes are made, we do not want to trip on EPO inadvertently.
Balaiyer - are you familiar with the PDU brains config process? I ask since typically our customers do not calibrate our PDU brains, but rather our Field Engineers perform such a task.
What error messages are you getting on the PDU?

You can safely log into the PDU and set up any of the error messages while the PDU is online. There is no danger to your load through the interface while setting up error notices.
Are there currently error messages on the PDU or are you trying to program future error messages.

Hi there,
Thanks for the reply. I am familiar with the procedure but mostly its done during the startup, there is no problem about the load then. Now there is a case where I have to do it when the load is online.
EZ - I am a service engineer. Tks.
