I recently installed several new AP7610 RPDUs. These units were new in box, after configuring them in the ISX Man I confirmed they were manufactured in 2007. Their firmware however is v2.11 from 2002. Drilling into them from ISX Man reveals only 3 pages of minimal information such as load per phase, threshold configuration, etc. Serialing in reveals minimal information as well. Tried to open up an ftp session but it kept failing. Is there a way to update the firmware through ftp or serially?
Ken

thanx for the reply. It appears they can be updated serially using X-Modem but I did not see firmware for the AP7610 when searching for the metered switched RPDU firmware updates. I will check with the 3-phase tech support to see if I can just upload the OS and App like other RPDUs

These PDU's use different firmware than other RPDU's. They also provide different information as well. That being said, I'm not completely sure if what you have is the most up-to-date or not. I would suggest calling our 3-phase support at 800-890-4272. They'll be able to get you the update if there is one available.
