ISX MANAGER 4.7

HELLO ALL,

I am having a communication problem (snmp failed message) between isx manager v 4.7 and switched rack pdu AP7953 V3.7.0.

i have changed network cables, performed reset on both devices but still cannot get communication established.

Is it due to incompatibility between isx manager and firmware version of the switched pdu?
