I need help to connect APC-BE650G1 to my All-in-One...
Hello,
Here in Florida we constantly loose power. I already demaged my old All-In-one AC adapter.
I am 76 years old and trying to connect my All-In-One through BackUp USB (APC-BE650G).
It is very unclear....
I just unpacked APC-BE650G1.
I need help to connect APC-BE650G1 to my All-in-One....
Manual???? is confusing???? Manual says: Prior to connecting any equipment to the unit, connect the battery cable to the unused battery terminal. What is "unused battery terminal" ? Can somebody explain? Can I look at the video?
You simply turn the unit over to the back side and slide off the cover. Inside is the battery cartridge with the (Red) positive wire that simply needs to be connected to the positive (+) terminal.
Once the battery cable has been connected plug the UPS into an electrical outlet.
Than press the power button on the top of the unit and you will see the LED turn on and a single beep will follow.
At this point you may connect whatever electronic devices to the battery backup outlets while being mindful of the 390 watts maximum supported output.
The other four outlets labeled (Surge Protection) offer no battery backup only surge protection.
