I need help configure APC PowerChute Business Edition

Hi all,

First I want to apologize for my English ... is not my native language.

Recently i made ??the transition from Windows XP to Windows 7 Ultimate and i need help instaling & configure APC PowerChute Business Edition.
My ups model is APC SUA1500I conected via USB to my PC.
The version of software used is PowerChute Business Edition 5 Node v9.0.1.( During instalation the UPS model is seen by the software)

After installation, I can not start application because of several error. (See atachment Error 4)

The Agent Web Interface is not woking the page doesent work in IE 8 or Firefox

I reinstalled the program 3 times with the same result.

Any suggestion are welcome

Did you install the agent and did it recognize the UPS during the install?
