Before I bought this, I had an older back UPS and since it was older, despite having a new battery, I thought maybe I should replace it. That was inpart because once or twice a day usually in the late afternoons, there would be a beep from the back UPS. Would not be a long beep and would not be a repetitive beep but mainly a beep. So I thought having a new one would take care of the problem. However, the last two days at least once or twice a day the same thing has happened, a beep and then everything is fine. It works. It seems to send the power to the various items I have on it. It's not overpowered. I'm basically using a smart TV, Apple TV, Samsung blu-ray and speaker and that's about it. I've had the electrical checked out and it's fine. No other signs, jusst a single beep. Until this started [maybe 5-6 or so months ago with the old unit] never had it happen befor and other UPS in the house don't do this.

You’ll need to install the APC (PCPE) Power Chute Personal Edition software on a Windows computer system. Once the two are connected the software may capture the active fault / error code.
If you have a Mac you’ll use the native UPS / Battery management software.
Based on the very limited information provided here the unit may be going on battery only mode due to a quick power blip (voltage) fluctuation.
Once the PCPE software has recorded at least 7-14 days worth of data or when the single beep appears. Please upload the following information for review:
Input, output voltage, frequency, battery voltage, capacity, and any other event lists. In the interim you may consider changing the sensitivity of the unit from the default of (Medium) to Low.
Ive appended the user manual for you to complete the sensitivity adjustment if you wish to see if there is a change in behaviour:
Let me know what you see and observe using the APC PCPE software. 👍
