Hi,
I'm running a SUA1500 directly connected via USB to a Vista SP1 x64 machine. I'm using PCBE Agent to access the UPS thanks to "i picKed a winna." However, when I click on Data Log -> View Log the time assigned to a given entry is off by 7 hours (e.g., data log entry time shows 07:37:34 when it is 2:37 AM). How do I set the time/timezone so I can correct this?
Thank you.

If you can only use 7.0.5 and can't upgrade to 8.0, here is the link for download PCBE 705 patch for Vista:
http://www.apcc.com/tools/download/software_comp.cfm?sw_sku=SFPCBE705vup
fyi, this issue you are seeing was mentioned in 7.0.5 and 8.0 Release Notes. however, I believe this issue should have been fixed in 8.0. Release Notes will be addressed in future version I believe.

when you log into the powerchute agent, click on Help->About Powerchute to find out your agent version number.

Hi,
What's PCBE version? If it is 7.0.5, you need to install PCBE 705 patch for Vista.

How can I tell what version of PCBE I'm running via the Agent? When you refer to this PCBE patch are you referring to the JRE configuration tool? I downloaded this and switched the JRE PCBE was using from 1.42 to 1.6.x and it seemed to solve the problem.
Thanks.

Looks like I'm running version: 7.0.5.108. Where can I download this patch unless we're talking about the JRE Configuration Tool?
