Hi,
By mistake I turned off wrong "Power Outlet Group" on remote site.
The main router is now without electricity and I cut myself from APC UPS.
The site is 960km out from me (operating it in Africa) with no easy access to it.
I got one guy who is onsite but he got no notebook to connect to web interface of APC and switch on the Outlet Group.
Is any other way to bypass switched off outlet ?
UPS model is:
Smart-UPS SRT 5000
It has display and I can ask guy to do some basic things with the UPS but there is no option to switch on the outlet.
I tried to bypass whole input<>output but it didn't help. Outlet group left off.
Please help.
It is 40hours trip offroad to reconfigure it via web interface
Thanks
R.

Hi,
You can access the outlet group through the LCD screen of the unit. Select configuration through the menu and change the setting from standard view to advanced view. Then press the escape key to exit the configuration menu and scroll to the control menu. From the control menu you will be able to turn the outlet group on.
