I need to reset the SYBT5 battery module so the data is read correctly by the Symmetra LX.
I can't find the option to do this.

Please can you clarify what you mean by reset SYBT5 battery module. Is it a specific battery unit that is causing problems?

Can you please provide your UPS configuration, i.e..

1) How many battery modules do you have in the UPS?

2) Please provide the battery serial numbers.

2) How many power modules do you have in the UPS?

3) What is the UPS loading percentage?
