High Vout causing AVR to kick in?
Can somebody shed some light as to what may cause my AVR to boost every single day? We have a Smart-UPS 3000 (SMT3000RM2U), and every day as far back as the logs will let me go, the UPS is compensating for low input voltage. After looking at the logs, every morning (at varied times), my Voltage out will jump from around 108 to around 125. This in turn kicks in the AVR boost...at least that is my understanding. The input voltage doesn't seem to change much....but it does hover around the Lower limit we have setup of 106. Most days, the input voltage doesn't really even change. It will hover around 106 or 107 most of the night, then suddenly the AVR will kick in at 0830 or 0930 every morning and the Vout jumps up to 125 and stays there for most of the day. Then around 6pm or 7pm the AVR stops compensating and the Vout goes back down.
I've attached the data log from the past 4 days. Am I understanding this functionality correctly? Or is it backwards from what I'm thinking and the Vout goes up as a result of the AVR boosting?
