High Output Vailtage

I have a SURT7500XLI working and serial interface says the output is ok.But output valtage is 163.Where is the the problem?

hmm ok so the 163 was a typo? the UPS is outputting 263v but the interface reports that it is outputting 230v?

can you provide us with the event.txt, data.txt, and config.ini from the pre-installed network management card?

sorry I get 263v (Meter reading) but interface says 230.
