Help with APC UPS selection

Hi,

i require power backup for my equipments : gaming laptop, netgear router, benq monitor and an external hard drive.

I have a budget of 10k max and would like a backup of 60 mins. I have gone through APC BX1100C IN and BR1000G Back-UPS. From price point I was more inclined towards BX1100C. But recently it's price shot up and now it doesn't look vfm.

What are my options? Also, is it better to buy UPS online or offline?
