Help on connecting external battery pack to UPS.

Hi there.

Wanting some help figuring out which cables I need to connect my Smart UPS 3000 (smx300RMHV2U) to the external battery pack (3000RMI2U). It came without the cables so having a hard time figuring out what I need.
Got the 15 amp plugs for mains. But nothing to connect the 2.
Did try the output from UPS to input on Pack, but no luck.

Also yes I did check the manual but it did not help me much figuring it out. Its unclear to me. I assume I need to plug from the connector marked in Green to an input on the battery pack. But not sure where either.

Any help be appreciated. Clearly not an expert on UPS 🙂

Hi Harry,

That's not a UPS and a battery pack, that's two UPSs.

Battery packs don't have power sockets or Smart Slots.

I'll be darned. Received some wrong info in that case.
That does explain why I could not figure out the manual on connecting it either.

I think SMX120BP is what your looking for but it should be in the manual.
