You have several choices which are to purchase directly from APC the RBC142:

Purchase via third party such as battery mart etc or save more finances and rebuild the pack yourself.

You simply need to reuse the cables, fuse holder, and apply some double sided tape. The RBC takes two High Rate (HR) 12 VDC 9 amp hour cells wired in series to create a 24 VDC cartridge.
