IDK if this is firmware related, but the version # seems old compared to what is on the Schnieder site.
The model # is not in Schneider's list for the firmware, probably since it is Dell branded.
As an aside, is there another way to obtain Dell branded firmware?
Anyway, the firmware shows as 4.7 (ID1013) and 5.1 (ID1013) respectively, but there are articles for upgrading from 5 to 6, and neither are prompting for an update/upgrade.
The SKU shows as DLRT5KRMXLT for both units, as both have the same problem.

A few things to consider before you even decide to attempt a (UPS) firmware upgrade. A UPS firmware upgrade has no impact on any network related parameters.
The NMC (Network Management Card) is what provides you network access, management, and connectivity. Depending upon what NMC you have it’s important to update the NMC Firmware as this will provide bug fixes, security, and new features.
More specifically it will update TLS to 1.2 / 1.3 depending upon which NMC hardware you have in place.
Next confirm what your organization has implemented for TLS web browser encryption and access.
Your NMC is set to allow a minimum of TLS 1.1
Verify the certificate in the NMC hasn’t expired, especially if it’s a third party issued CA. If you’re using the self signed certificate generated by the NMC.
Go to Configuration -> Network -> Web -> SSL Certificates. It should indicate (Valid) even if so I would delete it and upload a new one or generate a new certificate via the NMC.
Lastly, unless you disabled HTTP verify you can still access the NMC through that.
