I branched and moved your discussion since you responded to a thread on a completely different topic.
The AP9631 management card supports up to (4) email recipients. The recipients and any groups (example: helpdesk@company.com) would be set up on your mail server, not the AP9631. When it is set up on the mail server though and you get it working, you could add it as an email recipient so the management card could send mail to it for notifications.
