Contacted electrician who ran power and he said it looks good from the box but when it gets to our end, there is a drain. He suggested powering off all servers and powering up to determine source. Anyone run into something smilar have alternate suggestion?
I get alerts from Net Management card I configure email alerting to start me here. Two UPSs are in Dell racks, w fan kits and otherwise standard servers.

can you get us the model of the UPS from the little white sticker on the UPS? worst case, log into the management card and find the model/type of UPS from there. If you have tabs at the top, click on UPS->About to find it. If you have older firmware, click on the UPS model on the left hand side, and click on Status under there.
a site wiring fault generally means one or a combination of the following items:
1.) Loose or missing ground wire
2.) Reversed polarity
3.) overloaded neutral
and on larger UPSs such as a Single Phase Symmetra or a larger three phase UPS:
4.) larger than 10% differences in voltage readings between your phases/hot legs
5.) phase rotation is incorrect
6.) Neutral is completely missing (common on symmetra LX UPS, also accompanied by clicking noises)
you can refer to these knowledgebase articles about site wiring faults once you figure out what type of UPS you have:

[Symmetra PX - Three Phase|http://nam-en.apc.com/cgi-bin/nam_en.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=4070]
[Single phase Smart UPS|http://nam-en.apc.com/cgi-bin/nam_en.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=183]
hope that helps but we can go more in depth when you tell us the model of UPS.
