We are in the midst of a facility rebuild and just installed a 225kva galaxy VM UPS. After a little RTFM, it is up and network reachable.
I can see from the network info tab that the model number is 0N-9581GVM, and I assume that is the control module for the touch screen as that
is where the ethernet jack is. I can also see that the app/aos versions are gvmts 6.1.3, aos 6.1.7, boot 1.0.8.
I was looking around on the support page to see if there is newer software available for this but have been unable to reference this either by part or by
UPS. If anyone can give me a pointer as to where I might find this, or even if there's nothing available at this time, I'd appreciate any help.
Thanks - chris

No problem. I did a double check just for the sake of letting you know and what you provided was the latest release code I could see reference to.

I don't think there is an update available. But, for this UPS, any updates would be given by tech support and/or performed by a field tech. Many of these larger, complex systems are handled like that and firmware is not publicly available. You can double check with local tech support via email/phone to be sure as they can validate your system configuration to double check my thought.

Angela, thanks for the clarification. It's not urgent, just habit upon any new installs. At any rate, once this is put on a regular maintenance schedule, I can request SW updates as part of the maintenance.
Thanks again, chris
