Hello everyone,
I hope this message finds you well. I'm in need of some assistance related to my Galaxy 300. Since the forum was migrated to the SE website, I lost access to the necessary software. Specifically, I require the latest firmware for the AP9631 card and the UPS tuner software to replace batteries in a 10-year-old UPS that's still functioning well.
I would greatly appreciate any help you could provide.
Thank you in advance.
Kind regards,
Sebastian

Good Morning.
Tuner is only for SE FSR's and their partner FSRs. If you have a way to obtain Tuner im listening. I believe that the battery alarm can be cleared using the NMC. I have not tried this method before. With your unit having a NMC you can try this method by dpierce4776
"Thant depends on which NMC you have and the firmware. If you have the 9640 or 9630. Then under UPS there is a spot for battery alarms timing. Put a -1 on both spots to clear the alarm"
Please let me know if this works, I have a unit 600km away that needs resetting. Going without a proven solution is not economical.
Let me know if it works.

Good Morning
I had the opportunity to test the canceling of the Galaxy 300 via the NMC below.
"Thant depends on which NMC you have and the firmware. If you have the 9640 or 9630. Then under UPS there is a spot for battery alarms timing. Put a -1 on both spots to clear the alarm"
Unfortunately there is no option using the NMC to clear the battery alarm.

Hi everyone,
I also can’t reset the alarm via NMC. It seems that the NMC functionality in the Galaxy 300 is quite limited. It lacks features such as:
• Changing output voltage
• Triggering a battery test
• Triggering a calibration test
I replaced the battery string myself, thoroughly checking each one for internal resistance and voltage. The battery string is working perfectly, but since I’m not a Schneider partner, I don’t have the software to adjust the charging current and clear the battery alarm. I’d be happy to establish such a partnership and would appreciate guidance on the official process.
If that’s not possible, could someone with the software assist remotely?
Thanks in advance!
