GALAXY80 UPS start up configuration

Dear All,

We have a Galaxy 80KVA UPS Install new and we need to start this UPS and it's giving alarm BYPASS OUTGOING TOLERANCE OUT OF RANGE.
If there is configuration, please advice who we can configure to start the UPS.


As i know to start this UPS need to set some parameter in (Personilization section) with software that we need to install on PC but i could not found this software (UPS SOFT TUNER) If some one has this software please give me.
