Foam pads?

Recently I installed some new 42U Netshelter SX racks (AR3140), and they each came with a white cloth bag full of black foam squares. Can anyone tell me what these squares are for?

I'm not sure (I don't use these cabinets), but you might want to look on page 24 of this PDF and see if the "airflow management panels" match the pieces you have.
