Hi all, I'm having some trouble getting the firmware update for an AP9619 management card installed over the network. We have our UPS units attached to a private VLAN to which I connect through tunnelier. While in Tunnelier I can ping, log in and manage the management card fine, but the app doesn't seem to have any proxy settings built in to it. I tried using FreeCap to force it to use my proxy settings, but it still is unable to ping the device. Does anybody know how I can get the firmware over to the device? Thanks for any help.

Use a proxy-capable FTP program. Upload the AOS .bin file. Wait for the card to automatically reboot. Then upload the application .bin file (for example, sumx).
