Find a serial number
I am supporting a remote site and I have a failing APC Smart-UPS C1000, I need the serial number. I asked guy to look on the back but he says he cannot get to the back. Can I get it via front panel? If so what combo of button presses will bring up the serial number.

I’m sure the OP has figured out what the serial number is given the amount of time passed.
Regardless, for the benefit of others who may be asking the same relating to the serial number.
The model / serial number can be found on various models by the white sticker on the front / back / bottom of the unit.
If the UPS has a LCD it can be found by going to the About tab if present. The same information can be found if you’re using any of the APC Power Chute Software too.
Lastly, if the system has a NMC (Network Management Card) you can go to About -> UPS and the model / serial number will also be listed there. 👍
