Hi, I have Smart-UPS 2200 XL w/ 3 battery packs that triggers "Time On Battery Threshold Exceeded" alarm 10 minutes after AC power is lost. In the last power event power was out for 2 hours yet the UPS kept the attached systems running throughout. The "Run-time Remaining" is at 471- 500 minutes when fully charged, and the UPS & batteries are 6 months old.
If I understand the "Time On Battery Threshold Exceeded", in this case the threshold should not be triggered until the systems had been running on battery for over 400 minutes, not 10.
Is that correct?
Is there something wrong with batteries?
Is there a way to set the threshold higher than 59 minutes?
Thanks for you time!
-Greg
