Hello,
My event log in the network management card shows the incorrect time. Everything I've done today is logged as 2002. How do I get the time corrected? I read something about a battery that might need replacing on the card. Does that sound correct?
I have a Smart-UPS 3000 RM
The Card model is AP9617
Hardware revision: A10
Let me know if more information is needed.
Thanks in advance.

I see the Date and Time configuration information in the help file of the web admin section, but I can't find where I can go to adjust the settings.

I couldn't find any place in the web interface to set the time. I stepped through each setting and found nothing.

have you tried to reset the time on the data and time section of the card but it keeps resetting itself? or have you not found the section in the interface to adjust it?

i posted some screenshots. one is version 3.x firmware and one is version 2.x.
in the 3.x firmware versions, this option is under Administration->General->Date & Time->Mode->System Time Configuration (which is where you choose Manual data and time or NTP). this is seen in the attachment "3x."
in the 2.x firmware revisions (as well as 1.x if its that old), this option is under System->Date & Time->System Time Configuration. this is seen in the attachment "2x."
hope this helps! let me know if you are missing an option or it looks different.

Here is a screenshot of what I'm looking at. I'm thinking I am either connected to the wrong device or that I need a firmware update. Do I need to connect to any particular port? Currently I am just connecting to the IP with no port designated (so port 80 I would assume).
