Using PowerChute Business v 9.1 on Windows7 64bit.
I have configured the event configuration for a device but I constantly get these emails when I only have emails set for communication lost and low batter.
Here is the email:
------------------------
PowerChute Business Edition has detected the following event:
Output Load Threshold Exceeded on Agent TARDIS-PC
Contact Name:
Device Location:
------------------------
Where can you configure events to stop spamming with these sorta emails? I specifically made sure this was not a event to email for but it does anyway (applied/etc).
As is I have the runtime set to 120 and it still complains. The error is bogus because the battery is 100% and all I am doing is running a game. Anytime I put the game (any game) in the foreground this email is sent.
My only option (if events do not actually do anything) is to disable them and I'd rather not. I'd like to know when power goes out.

When you add a PCBE Agent to the PCBE Server and configure e-mails through the Server you will receive notifications whether they are configured actions via the web Agent or not. Assuming you only have 1 Agent to resolve your issue uninstall the PCBE Server and Console and use the web interface only. From there you can configure specific event actions instead of a utilizing the PCBE Server global actions. A list of all PCBE events can be found attached to Kbase FA159591

This alert sounds like it pertains to over-current and not to do with runtime or battery status.
Wherever you have PowerChute installed locally (sounds like just your one computer), you can go to your web browser and go to https://127.0.0.1:6547 or http://127.0.0.1:3052 and navigate the web page there under PowerChute menu and Event Configuration. You should see that event you're referring to on the list and you can disable it for email notifications.

Bill, that seems to be what I wanted. Now to figure out why this thing doesn't seem to like anything with graphics.
