I have a Smart-UPS X 3000 AP9618 that has the exact same temp and notification settings as the other UPS(both are same brand). On a specific day, every week, I get a notification email with a high temp warning from just this UPS. It lasts for about 10 minutes. Could the sensor, itself, be faulting? The firmware is 06.1 and the only firmware upgrade I see on their site is discontinued. No scheduled demanding jobs are the reason and the logs show normal temps.

Yea we swapped out batteries and waiting now until next Saturday to see if we get any notifications. If so, we will play with the sensors.

Hi,
Is the issue internal warning or external temp sensor warring. If external try swapping the sensor to another card. If the issue follows the sensor then the sensor my need replacing.
