Hi, somebody could help me with this alert report that the apc inrow are send it -
1. in row rc: relay output abnormal state exist
2. Fan Power supply left fault exist

Hello Jorge.
The relay output is just an relay that changes state when an alarm is on the unit. I am not worried about that alarm. The Fan Power Supply left fault alarm is the one to look at. This is saying the left fan power supply is in fault. The best thing to do is to pull out the two power supplies and then swap the left and the right supply. See if the fault follows the supply or stay with the bay. If the alarm clears then the power supplies just needed to be reseated. If the fault follows the supply then that power supply will need to be replaced. If it stays with the bay (left) then please call into your local tech support and they will be able to assist further.
