Easy UPS 3M 60 KV problem no output power

HI Everybody , i bought Easy USP 3M 60 KV and i installed it as the default instructions which in written in the Guide , i turned   it ON but there is no any Output ( V=0 , A=0 , total  output power =0) , and the mode of the UPS stucked on the Standby operation , any idea how to solve this problem please ?

As far as I know E3M series needs SE or Authorized Partner startup. Configuration via Service Tuner may be needed.
