Does 'bypass' trigger Powerchute shutdown event?
Does anyone know if manually putting a Symmetra 80K UPS into 'bypass' mode will trigger a shutdown event for servers that have the Powerchute software installed? We will be adding another full battery enclosure to our Symmetra but in order for the electrician to do the work the system will be put into 'bypass' mode so our servers and storage systems will stay up but no one I've talked to seems to know if this will trigger a shutdown event for the Powerchute software.

it won't by default unless you have specifically configured it to or if you command it to bypass via the NMC and select the box to signal a shutdown during that command.
