Does SMART-UPS SRT 5000VA , 230V, Rackmount contain a dry contact output?

Recently, we are planning to connect the APC 5000 VA UPS to an IMS 4000 sensaphone for monitoring. However, supplier needs to know the UPS is it contain dry contact output for connection? May I know does this model contain this output? Thanks

By default the system does not include a dry contact I/O. You would need the NMC (Network Management Card) as a starter and than purchase the dry contact accessory linked here:

Yes, but is there any option that enables you to configure each contact to a specific alarm? Or the installation of the dry contact module is by default set to certain alarm events?

The user manual I linked tells you both dry contacts can be assigned and programmed to a user defined events.

Than activate in the manner you require.
