in our data center, we deployed Inrow Cooling model ACRD101. I know the unit comes with air filter.
The question I know to find out is does it have water filter too? I checked its schematic diagram but could not locate any.

This is an issue with many brands of equipment. Both inert (particulate) and biologic (algae) material tends to accumulate in the condensate pan. These come from various sources, including room particulates that made it past the air filters.
While I have no specific experience with APC units, normally the condensate pan is installed at a slight angle so the water can run down to the drain side. But contaminants in the pan can reduce the effectiveness of the angle, so you can end up with damp gunk lining the pan.
Regular cleaning of the pan is helpful - check with the user manual or your service provider to see if this is something that users can do themselves, or if it is part of a scheduled service procedure. Make sure that all air filters are clean and in good condition, and if there are fiberglass or charcoal pre-filters for the unit you have, use them.
Lastly, there are chemical treatments for the condensate pan (do a web search for 'condensate pan breath mints') which may help. But check with your user manual or service provider to make sure they are compatible with your unit and won't void your warranty or service agreement.
The tablets are more commonly used for humidifier pans (which are always full of standing water), so make sure you get ones intended for condensate pans.

Hello Say Leong. This unit does not have any water filters. This is an straight DX (air-cooled) unit, it does not use water. Was there something specific that you are looking for with the water filter?
Thank you

Thanks for replying. Well, yes, our Inrow unit is air cooled and there will be condensate (i.e. water) fill up at the condensate pan. And the pump will start working when water level reaches sensor.
The water is not plain and clear. I saw there are dirt and a little muddy. So, when pump sucks up the water, it may block the water pipe. That is why I ask does our Inrow unit has water filter (somewhere) that "filter" out these dirt and what I need to do is to take out "water filter" to clean in regular frequency.
Anyway, if this Inrow unit does not have water filter, I just make sure we clean up condensate pan sparkle clean (with or without water filter).

Thank you for the clarification. Unfortunately this does not have any water filters in the condensate line.
Thank you
