We changed the BatteriePacks (3 Packs) becouse the Device said:

After the change we made
But we still get Mails with this Problem.
The Battery Capacity was 0% after we changed the packs and after 2 days it went to 100%.
Load in Watts are at 65% (like bevore the change).
We made a Firmware upgrade (to the same Version because there was no new one)

I can't provide it is why I asked if you came across the procedure online which many people do so I just figured I'd ask. If done improperly, it can damage the UPS and we stopped providing it as a solution for liability reasons so I was suggesting it if you didn't want to try the manual calibration originally. I can give you the constant "value" you need to set it to. This UPS's value is "89" and you can likely find instructions online on how to do it. If you get stuck, let me know but I just can't get in the habit of sending it to everyone individually but I'd also like you to have a functional UPS.
Also, by using the config.ini, I noticed you disabled many of the UPS events from being logged in the UPS event log. I wasn't sure if that was intentional or not.

Can you share the event.txt, and data.txt, and config.ini files from your management card? You can attach them here to the post. The model/firmware you're referencing is for an AP9617 network management card only. We need to know the SKU of the UPS, i.e. SUA1000I or similar. It'd be on the white sticker on the UPS itself.
We also need to know how much runtime the UPS is reporting and knowing that and seeing the logs can help us make a recommendation to you on how to proceed.

I dont know how to export the config.ini...
We got the network management card "AP9617" in your device.
This is the email we get
Serial # : JA0243038681
Device Ser #: JS0833009502
Date: 04/05/2015
Time: 12:27:00
Code: 0x0107
Critical - UPS: The battery power is too low to support the load; if power fails, the UPS will be shut down immediately.
In the UPS Section "Overview" it says:

Sorry, here are some instructions on exporting the full logs and configuration files -> http://www.apc.com/support/index?page=content&country=ITB〈=en&locale=en_US&id=FA156131
What you provided doesn't show me what I need to see unfortunately beyond the fact runtime shows as 0 minutes.
Based on what you did share, it sounds like you may need to reset the "battery constant" that you may have saw mentioned online prior to posting here. We aren't supposed to really give out the procedure anymore since if done incorrectly, could render the UPS unusable. I requires a serial connection to the UPS to change a value. Have you seen this referenced anywhere yet? I could give you the value if you can run the procedure at your own risk. Normally we'd suggest a calibration first but it sounded like that didn't work.

Hi Tobias,
No, I am talking about adjusting/setting battery constants. That is a manual calibration which may be an option to try as well.

hi Angela
Can you give me a "how to" for the solution " adjusting/setting battery constants" you are talking about?
