Can someone tell me what’s going on here?

We have had this issue now 3 times and it’s crippling our network

Hello Scotty,

Can you confirm if the UPS has dropped the load the 3 times you received this error or did you turn off the unit? I suspect it dropped the load from the data log but I want to be sure.

What is the serial number of the unit? Can you confirm what model number UPS this is? What FW is on the unit. I am unable to see from the data log properly.
