Hi all
I just replaced the batteries in my Smart-UPS 1400 RM and I now get a critical alarm
Discharged Battery
The battery power is too low to support the load; if power fails, the UPS will be shut down immediately.
As the batteries are new, I guess there is a chance that one of them is faulty, but what else could this mean? Could the UPS have gone faulty?
Looking at it with a MIB browser, the actual battery voltage is being reported at 27.6V - which I think should be in the ballpark for a 24V charging system.
Thanks
Mick

Did that and the reported battery level dropped to 0% again and then slowly builds up to 100%. Battery always reports Low as well
The error has not been removed either
