Compressor drive fault exists

Hello,

Our InRow unit works fine if it is connected directly to power network, but when we connect it to UPS, regularly restarts with the "Compressor drive fault exists" error. This error usually happens when the compressor is forced to run higher frequency, more or less every hour.

 We would like to have the cooling unit connected to the UPS (250kVA RUPS Zeppelin, no other equipment has any problem with power from it). Is this a fault of the cooling unit, or is there any settings which would let us to connect the InRow unit to UPS?
