APC Smart-UPS RT 5000 RM XL No UPS Found after firmware upgarde!

We upgraded Model: Smart-UPS RT 5000 RM XL SKU: SURTD5000RMXLP3U from v2.0.0.6 to v2.5.0.8 to fix a network issue (now fixed), but get No UPS Found for UPS Status.

Can someone please help?

Here are some screenshots, I have 6 UPSs in same condition:

I have fixed this issue, turns out I installed the symmetra firmware.

I have now installed the correct firmware I can see UPS status.

Network Management Card 3 (NMC3) Firmware v2.5.0.6 for Smart UPS with AP9640/41/43 (2.5.0.6)
