Hello,
We recently updated the NMC 2 firmware and are now seeing a “lost communication with UPS” message. Can you please advise on if the firmware we used is incorrect or link to where I can find the latest firmware?

CyberPower UPSs have a fun and engaging "feature" where they reset the USB interface every 20 seconds if a driver isn't actively talking to it.
Easiest fix would likely be to adjust the poll interval to be more frequent (below 20 seconds instead of the default of 30 seconds). But, I'm sure others would advocate other methods for correcting it.

I don't believe it's a CyberPower UPS. The model number on it is SRT2200RMXLA-NC

You install Symmetra firmware on the network card so it will not communicate with a Smart-UPS You should install the network card firmware designed to be compatible with a Smart-UPS.
